-Bring your headshot, resume and demo (if you have one) so we can review, watch and discuss.
-Discover what you are missing on your resume
-Tips to strenghten your resume
-Learn what casting directors are looking for on your resume
-actually see what casting directors view when the photos and resumes come in
-learn what to list on your resume online
-learn how to strengthen your resume
-learn reasons why YOU might not be brought into audition
-learn reasons why YOU could be brought into audition
-learn how to widen your appeal by having different heashots
-We will watch your demo tape and give feedback on your demo
-Discuss ways of improving your demo
-We will also watch examples of "good demos" and watch examples of "great self tapes".
-We will discuss and view different types of self taping & demos.
-Get tips on how to distribute your demo.
-feedback will be extremely honest
-get comfortable in a popular professional casting space
-learn in a positive environment

Workshop Details:
One liners and Improv Class
How to audition for one line parts - feature films, tv series, commercials
Harbourfront Community Centre
627 Queens Quay West (SE Corner of Bathurst and Queens Quay)
$50
All classes begin at 12:30pm and go till 3:30 pm


Talent will be given one line scripts in advance & asked to audition on camera. Audition how you normally would.
Then class will be given key tips, have a few improv games, then talent will re-audition the same script on camera.
Parents are invited to watch the tape review review of all auditions at 3pm
Learn the secrets to auditioning for one line parts
Learn the difference between acting for film & tv and commercials one liners
learn in a positive environment
Learn to set the scene
use strong improv skills
Learn what casting directors are looking for when you audition for one line parts
Learn key audition tips
have a whole lot of fun and laughs for an afternoon!
